Valuations & Modeling Manager (Oil & Gas)

About the role

EY Parthenon is recruiting a Valuations Manager in Cairo to support its MENA-based Oil and Gas clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation. The role covers large Oil and Gas clients and includes business development and active solution positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuations and modelling assignments to a high standard.
• Draft presentations and reports, formulate views and present conclusions to clients and teams.
• Drive growth through business development and active solution positioning.
• Deliver valuations on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• At least 7 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients, with a significant part spent at a Big 4 firm.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, purchase price allocations and fair valuations.
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and financial reporting.
• Ideal candidates: valuation experience in a professional services/Big 4 firm with large clients, commercial drive for business development, and progress toward a CFA, CA or other professional qualification.
