Waiter - Food & Beverage

About the role

Accor is looking for a server (waiter) for its food and beverage experience in Cairo. You will act as an ambassador for the service and cuisine offered, giving guests warm, personal attention and showing knowledge of the menu so they feel unique and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests about menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Know the beverage lists and promotions, menu items and their preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Required profile

• Ability to focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
