Waiter (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our team at Small Bites in Qesm El Zamalek. This full‑time, on‑site position involves interacting directly with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Deliver orders promptly and check guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on positive guest experiences.
• Good verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic cooking skills (a plus).
