Warehouse Lead

About the role

Mondelez International is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations across its CS&L network in Egypt. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective handling of finished goods while meeting service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, staging, loading, returns handling and inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing cycle‑counts, stock reconciliation, and reducing discrepancies, damages and expiries.
• Manage 3PL partners, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and drive corrective actions for service or compliance failures.
• Analyze capacity utilization, KPI performance and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects, tenders and peak‑season planning.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing or logistics, with proven 3PL management.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
