Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations for Unyva, a fast‑growing beauty‑brand house based in Heliopolis, Cairo. You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping activities.
• Lead, train and evaluate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and on‑time shipment processing.
• Enforce health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for space utilization and efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports on inventory, productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production and customer service teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
