About the role
The company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work on-site in Giza. The role supports the engineering and construction teams by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Manage and organize project documentation and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other business correspondence.
- Assist with project-related activities and liaise with various internal teams.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
