About the role

The company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to work on-site in Giza. The role supports the engineering and construction teams by handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Manage and organize project documentation and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other business correspondence.
  • Assist with project-related activities and liaise with various internal teams.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
