About the role
We are a growing commercial kitchen design and fabrication company seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to build and lead our internal operations. You will create the administrative, financial, and HR infrastructure that supports our rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement administrative processes and policies.
- Oversee financial functions including accounts management and collections.
- Develop and manage the HR framework, recruiting and assembling operational teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable processes and manage financial and operational teams.

- Total annual compensation around 300,000 EGP.
