About the role
Salam Properties is seeking a full‑time Office Secretary to join its New Damietta office. The role supports daily office operations and provides administrative assistance to the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments and meeting logistics for senior staff.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain filing systems, records and document management.
- Handle correspondence, both internal and external.
- Assist with company secretarial duties and compliance documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
Required profile
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, record keeping and document management.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the real‑estate or construction sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
