Advertising & Media Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven, full‑time, on‑site Advertising & Media Sales Manager to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo. You will lead revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new B2B opportunities in the advertising sector, managing the full media sales cycle, and building lasting partnerships with brands and media agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B advertising opportunities across the MENA region.
• Manage end‑to‑end media sales processes, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Analyse market trends in media, advertising and production to inform growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to pitch and deliver tailored media campaigns.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, brand managers and media agencies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and business development, especially high‑value advertising or media accounts.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA media landscape and local advertising market dynamics (strong plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong market analysis abilities and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Team‑player mindset with ability to align with internal creative, production and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Experience with sales tools and data‑driven decision‑making in ad performance and media buying/selling.
