Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms for our law firm. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads and maximising ROI through data‑driven strategies and AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Develop media buying strategies aligned with lead‑generation objectives and business goals.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets, optimise spend and scale successful campaigns while maintaining KPI targets.
• Generate qualified leads, improve CPL, CPA and ROAS, and build conversion‑focused funnels.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, A/B testing of audiences, creatives, landing pages and ad copy.
• Implement and manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing, preferably within the legal sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered advertising tools.
• Ability to work independently and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
