About the role
We are seeking a remote AI Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation workflows that connect CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and internal tools. The role focuses on leveraging n8n, REST APIs, and AI models to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage automation workflows using n8n.
- Integrate and connect multiple APIs across different platforms.
- Develop AI agents using models such as OpenAI/GPT.
- Automate business processes including CRM, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Design and implement webhooks and triggers.
- Improve and optimise existing automation workflows.
- Handle JSON data and API responses efficiently.
- Create smart automation solutions to reduce manual work.
Required profile
- Strong experience with n8n and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Familiarity with OpenAI and other AI models.
- Knowledge of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Gemini.
- Understanding of webhooks and system integrations.
- Ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
