AP Posting Associate

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is hiring an AP Posting Associate in Cairo, Egypt, within its Source to Pay department. The role covers the timely and accurate processing of invoices, including indexing and posting, in line with company policies and service level agreements. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post invoices in SAP according to established timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure timely invoice indexing and posting.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to maintain operational excellence.
• Prepare and assemble invoices for payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and market teams to resolve invoice issues and queries.
• Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Manage parked and blocked invoices so they are resolved on time.
• Support the maintenance of the GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) report to improve financial reporting, P&L and COGS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, controls and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable or a related area.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
