Architect – Design and Technical Office (4–8 years experience)

About the role

Mahmoud Samih Holding for General Contracting is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Design and Technical Office in Cairo. The role involves creating architectural concepts, integrating them with technical solutions, and guiding projects from design through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed shop drawings.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee project management activities throughout design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to align design objectives with project requirements.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years (or 8+ years for senior level) of proven experience in architectural design and project development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in a general contracting environment or large‑scale projects is a strong advantage.
