Architect – Design & Interior Projects

About the role

Artec-dbs is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Cairo office. The role involves leading the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept through completion, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for luxury residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and develop architectural and interior solutions from inception to hand‑over.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and working documents.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams to integrate structural, MEP and finishing aspects.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Introduce innovative design approaches and oversee seamless implementation on site.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong background in producing working drawings and technical detailing.
• Excellent presentation and illustration abilities.
• Experience with luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Deep understanding of materials, finishes and site execution.
• Strong design sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• 3D design skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools and workflow integration is a plus.
