Architect Engineer – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Architect Engineer to lead the creation of architectural plans and drawings for a variety of projects, with a focus on interior finishing for medical clinics, malls, and commercial stores. The role combines technical engineering knowledge with creative design to deliver high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural plans and drawings that clearly communicate design intent.
• Apply engineering, mathematics, science, and material knowledge to develop optimal finished products.
• Conduct site evaluations to verify work quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the construction process, providing recommendations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define schedules, budgets, and project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction and architectural design.
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with interior finishing projects, especially medical clinics, malls, and commercial stores.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to write Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Familiarity with 3Ds Max (optional).
