Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our multidisciplinary team and drive the design of high‑quality residential, commercial and mixed‑use real estate projects. You will translate client requirements into innovative, functional and aesthetically compelling solutions from concept through detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts and design solutions for diverse real‑estate projects.
• Produce architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and design development packages.
• Conduct space‑planning studies to optimise functionality, user experience and project value.
• Create and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate designs with consultants in structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and industry standards.
• Support preparation of presentation materials, authority applications and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5‑8 years of architectural design experience, preferably on residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skill and real‑estate project experience.
• Deep understanding of design principles, space planning and building codes.
• Ability to manage projects from initial concept to final design development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion or 3DS Max.
• Knowledge of BIM modelling and construction documentation.
