Assistant Dark Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Dark Store Manager supports the Dark Store & Last Mile Operations Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day fulfillment activities. Working on‑site, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and that the store operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing fulfillment point operations on the ground.
• Ensure orders are filled and shipped promptly and accurately.
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards.
• Monitor the flow of goods through the stock management system.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare standard operating procedures for fulfillment processes.
• Analyze current operations and recommend improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Multi‑functional team leadership and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management software packages.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
