About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage the flow of medical supplies and equipment in our storage facility. The role ensures that all items are received, stored, and dispatched accurately while maintaining strict inventory controls.

Key responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and verify all medical supplies and equipment.
  • Arrange, store, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates.
  • Prepare and maintain computerized records of all store supplies.
  • Supervise and assist with loading and transportation of requested items.
  • Collect and return cancelled or damaged items to vendors.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
  • Flexibility and presentable appearance.
  • Hands‑on experience with receiving, stocking, and delivering medical supplies.
  • Familiarity with computerized record‑keeping systems.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience using inventory or record‑keeping software.
