About the role

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will lead multi‑site maintenance operations for a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring smooth daily operations, business continuity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities, including projects, new openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Oversee spare‑parts inventory, monitor consumption, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Utilize warranties effectively and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet quality standards, timelines, and approved budgets.
• Handle work orders and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Drive cost efficiency through optimal use of labor, materials, and assets.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules across restaurants and offices.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance to reduce downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–9 years of experience in a similar role within retail, hospitality, or F&B operations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
