Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager – Mass Hiring

About the role

Americana Restaurants, a leading operator of global restaurant brands across the MENA region, is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to support mass hiring of blue‑collar staff. You will work closely with the HR Director, brand HR teams and operations to ensure staffing aligns with the annual labor budget and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of employees across brands in line with the annual labor budget, collaborating with HR and operations teams.
• Recruit all blue‑collar manpower required to meet or exceed company goals and produce monthly activity reports.
• Prepare job offers for newly hired workforce and ensure accurate entry into the system database.
• Provide periodic staffing reports to talent acquisition managers, brand HR and operation managers.
• Oversee new‑hire orientation, induction and integration processes.
• Analyze turnover and exit interview data, advising brand operations and HR leadership on corrective actions.
• Monitor recruitment agency performance regarding hire quality and speed, delivering feedback and recommendations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Operations or restaurant management experience is a plus.
• University degree in Business Management or equivalent; a master’s degree or HR diploma is advantageous.
