Associate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, supporting one of our key clients. In this role you will help build strong candidate pipelines, optimise sourcing channels, and develop talent pools to meet client hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment requirements.
• Identify and implement effective sourcing channels and strategies for target candidates.
• Measure and monitor the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
• Manage candidate relationships to build a strong passive talent community.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.
• Lead ongoing pipeline development and talent network expansion for active requisitions.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.
• Support interview scheduling with client hiring managers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Previous experience in RPO environments is a plus.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize diverse needs, and work with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
