B2B Telesales Specialist – Real Estate (Saudi Market)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing B2B Telesales Specialist to join our PropTech platform, Dwelleo, and drive the onboarding of real‑estate developers, brokerage firms and individual brokers across Saudi Arabia. The position is fully remote and will be based in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and engage real‑estate developers, brokerage firms and individual brokers throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls, virtual meetings and follow‑ups to convert leads into active partners.
• Present Dwelleo’s platform, pricing packages and AI‑powered tools in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding agreements and listing packages in line with company policies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding activation.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines and conversion data using CRM tools.
• Build long‑term relationships with partners, act as the main point of contact during onboarding and ensure they are trained and supported.
• Monitor the Saudi real‑estate market, track competitors and share market feedback with product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B telesales or outbound sales, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle and meet onboarding targets.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
