Back Office Engineer – Customer Sales & Support Center

About the role

Join the Customer Sales and Support Center (CSSC) team as a Back Office Engineer, providing expert technical support for industrial water solutions. You will work closely with customers and sales teams to size, select, and configure pumps, motors, and related equipment for demanding applications.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requirements and deliver accurate product selection, sizing, and system configurations.
• Respond to technical inquiries with clear engineering guidance, documentation, and application recommendations.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, performance curves, and compliance documentation to support quotations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex application challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or product selection for pumps, motors, or rotating equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, motor performance, and industrial water distribution systems.
