Bars Manager

About the role

The Bars Manager will lead all bar operations within the Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All‑Inclusive Collection resort, ensuring high service standards and achieving revenue targets. This role combines staff leadership, inventory control, and guest experience management in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow in all bar outlets, coordinating with other hotel departments.
• Manage bar personnel, create weekly schedules, and monitor compliance with work hours.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly counts, par‑stock monitoring, and timely ordering.
• Ensure preparation and service quality for regular operations and special events.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in bar equipment promptly.
• Control costs, sales performance, and presentation quality of beverages.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for bar staff.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and maintenance of bar equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing bar or beverage operations in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple outlets simultaneously.
• Experience in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Leadership ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• Commitment to environmental and energy‑saving practices.
