Behavioral Health Coach (Remote – Egypt)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance Behavioral Health Coach, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is fully remote, allowing you to set your own business hours and supplement an existing practice or job.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth coaching for sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance, and relationship challenges.
• Help clients define and pursue personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team, offering feedback to improve the coaching program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches must have ≥200 coaching hours; counsellors must have ≥300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Coaching techniques and evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy).
