About the role
The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients at Self Medical Hub in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct callers appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Guide visitors within the facility and ensure a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle day‑to‑day front office tasks, including filing and basic administrative duties.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and experience with front‑office duties.
- Exceptional customer‑service mindset with a patient‑focused approach.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office‑administration training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical environment is advantageous.
Required skills
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to use scheduling systems effectively.
