BI & Reporting Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team is looking for a BI & Reporting Analyst to support the EMEA Business Unit (MAKE & MOVE) analytics agenda. You will be responsible for tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports and turning raw data into actionable insights that help the sector service team manage and improve performance across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the interface with sector and BU teams, governing current and future reporting programs.
• Collect, consolidate and present productivity and performance KPI data across EMEA.
• Maintain standard reporting and communication methodologies with partner stakeholders.
• Develop and automate standard reports, leveraging BI tools, workflows and automation to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business‑savvy, professional approach.
• Prior experience in the supply‑chain domain within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BI & Reporting Analyst.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar BI visualization tool such as Tableau).
• Tableau (or comparable visualization platform).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
