Senior Project Manager

About the role

iCareer, a BasharSoft company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from concept to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across media, operations, training, and marketing to ensure projects align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and end‑to‑end implementation of assigned projects, from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, tasks, and resource requirements; develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project budgets and oversee resource allocation to stay within approved financial limits.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables with project management tools, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders or clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven project management experience delivering projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior members.
• Experience in startup or SME environments, thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic settings.
• Strong capability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects while maintaining alignment across teams.
• End‑to‑end ownership, from planning and budgeting to risk management and issue resolution.
• Critical thinking and effective stakeholder management skills.
