BIM Design Engineer – Structural, Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for experienced BIM Design Engineers across structural, mechanical (HVAC & plumbing) and electrical disciplines. The successful candidates will contribute to BIM‑based building design projects, ensure compliance with international codes, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models for structural, mechanical, and electrical systems using Revit and related tools.
• Produce structural calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Design HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, water supply, drainage, and storm‑water systems.
• Design power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and low‑current systems.
• Ensure designs meet Saudi and other international codes where applicable.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and construction teams to resolve design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Junior roles: minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Senior roles: minimum 7 years.
• Proven experience on BIM‑based building projects.
• Strong knowledge of international design standards (Saudi codes preferred for senior positions).
• Excellent coordination, communication and teamwork abilities.
