BIM Engineer – High‑Detail Modeling (LOD 400‑500)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Engineer to create and coordinate high‑detail BIM models (LOD 400‑500) for moderate to large construction projects. The role involves working closely with architectural, structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate, clash‑free models that support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑detail BIM models (LOD 400‑500) using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination across structural, architectural and MEP models with Navisworks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to meet project milestones.
• Use BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for model sharing and communication.
• Maintain compliance with project BIM standards and documentation procedures.
• Support the creation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in reputable construction companies.
• Proven experience on moderate to large‑scale projects with a contractor background.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of clash detection, coordination and LOD 400‑500 modeling.
• Relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are highly valued.
