Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate for its ETIC, Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics team in Cairo. As part of the Advisory line of service, you will help shape how EAIC manages performance, investments and efficiency across Alliances, supporting business reporting, budgeting processes and automation-driven analytics. You will work with EMEA Alliances leadership, Drivers, Marketers, L&D and ETIC teams to build dashboards, insights and performance-tracking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external monthly and quarterly business performance reporting across Alliances, covering pipeline, investments, efficiency metrics, funding and certifications.
• Develop ad hoc and Alliance-specific reports with a wide range of leaders.
• Ensure accurate tagging of opportunities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models showing real-time performance and ROI.
• Conduct financial and performance analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Keep data accurate and consistent across systems, especially Salesforce and Power Platform tools.
• Turn data insights into concise business recommendations for leadership.
• Support business reviews by preparing executive summaries and visual presentations in PowerPoint and M365.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics or business performance tracking; consulting or corporate finance background preferred.
• Attention to detail and comfort managing complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative, curious and ambitious, with a drive for data-driven solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and generate insights.
