Business Consultant (German Speaker) - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Egypt is hiring a Senior Associate Business Consultant (German speaker) within its Advisory line of service, focused on technology and management consulting. You will support organizations in optimizing operations, streamlining processes and reaching strategic goals, working alongside experienced consultants to analyze challenges, identify improvements and recommend solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Global Business Services (GBS) Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Identify opportunities for standardization and harmonization of processes across global GBS functions
• Develop process documentation, including SOPs and workflow diagrams
• Conduct baselining and GBS business case calculations
• Analyze current operating models, processes and service delivery mechanisms to find areas for improvement
• Help develop change management plans for TOM implementation
• Create reports and presentations explaining TOM design principles, benefits and expected outcomes to clients and stakeholders

Required profile

• Master's degree (MBA) in Business, Management, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
• Experience with TOM design, process optimization and change management in a global context is highly desirable
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client work
