Business Development Intern

About the role

The Business Development Intern will join Lola Lola’s fast‑growing business development team in New Cairo. You will help identify new leads, research potential partners and turn market insights into actionable opportunities within the beauty and wellness sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads.
• Research potential partners and map market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive data.
• Assist in preparing presentations and partnership proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer‑facing activities.
• Contribute to the optimisation of sales and partnership processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market and performance data.
• Effective communication for internal collaboration and external outreach.
• Proactive mindset with lead‑generation capabilities.
• Solid market‑research skills and a client‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Current enrolment in or recent graduation from a business, marketing, economics or related programme.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales‑tracking systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
• Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
