Business Process Excellence Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Excellence Supervisor to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our business processes within the manufacturing environment. The role will ensure policy compliance, drive automation initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and govern business processes, policies and procedures across departments.
• Conduct process mapping, identify improvement opportunities and lead cross‑functional enhancement projects.
• Automate workflows using Microsoft Teams apps, especially Power Automate, to reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards for executive review.
• Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Mentor and enable staff on new tools to ensure smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience in business/process excellence, quality assurance or process improvement.
• Strong English communication skills.
