About the role
MICO WORLD is seeking a dedicated Chat Account Agent to join its on‑site team in Cairo. In this full‑time position you will provide real‑time support to users of its social entertainment apps, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.
- Document chat conversations accurately for future reference.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Adhere to company policies and communication standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to user interactions.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with chat platforms and basic software used for support operations.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shift‑based schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or the social entertainment sector is advantageous.
