About the role
We are a premium skincare and beauty brand serving the GCC market and are looking for a Chat Support Agent to be the digital face of the company. The role involves handling customer interactions across live chat, WhatsApp, email and social media while maintaining a luxury-standard experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, email and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, brand-aligned information on products, orders and account requests.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all communications reflect the premium tone and follow internal SOPs.
- Work rotational shifts, including a 1-hour break, to provide coverage across the region.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service, call centre or chat support.
- Prior experience serving GCC customers is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong typing ability and capacity to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with chat support platforms (e.g., live chat, WhatsApp).
