About the role
We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh. You will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting a wide range of dishes in your designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all foods according to HACCP guidelines, maintaining correct temperatures and personal hygiene.
- Produce and present menu items for the daily buffet, following standard recipes and portion controls.
- Utilise ingredients efficiently and inform the supervisor of material needs for the next service.
- Assist in designing and decorating buffet displays to enhance visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and storage areas, adhering to strict kitchen hygiene rules.
- Record preparation, cooking and presentation details as required by the food safety management system.
- Support other kitchen sections and collaborate with the Steward Supervisor to uphold cleaning standards.
Required profile
- Adherence to strict personal hygiene standards (short hair, no facial hair for men, hat/hairnet, proper footwear).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Good communication with supervisors and team members.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Experience with standard recipe execution and buffet plating.
- Inventory reporting and material requisition.
