Civil Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Civil Project Engineer to support the execution of civil works across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with specifications, client requirements, quality standards, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documents, specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate civil activities, site setup, mobilization, topographic surveys, grading, earthworks and related works.
• Work with design consultants, precast teams, construction crews and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Support procurement, evaluate technical offers and prepare material requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on site, resolve construction challenges and identify cost‑optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 3‑5 years of office project engineering experience, preferably in power, substations or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, earthworks, site development, precast and finishing works.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
