Clinic Sales Team Leader / Supervisor

About the role

The American Association for Continuous Education is seeking a dynamic Clinic Sales Team Leader/Supervisor to drive sales performance across its clinics in Egypt and Dubai. You will lead a multi‑location sales team, ensure targets are met, and support the delivery of continuous medical education services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate sales teams operating in Egypt and Dubai.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and follow‑up documentation.
• Coordinate with medical and educational departments to align sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinic partners and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in clinic, medical centre, or telesales supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent follow‑up and reporting skills.
