Co-Founder / CTO / CMO / GTM Lead for AI Healthcare Startup

About the role

EnsanAI is scaling its AI employee product, Rayan, across the MENA region. The company seeks one or more full‑time co‑founders who can take ownership of a critical function—whether go‑to‑market, technical development, or healthcare partnerships—and help turn a live product into a regional leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition, clinic outreach, demos, pricing, and regional expansion across MENA.
• Develop and execute founder‑led content, product storytelling, and multi‑channel distribution (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Build relationships with clinic owners, doctors, hospital operators, insurers, and EHR providers.
• Ship product prototypes, integrations, internal tools, AI workflows, and experiments.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define strategy, raise capital, and drive rapid growth.

Required profile

• Founder‑spirit with a bias toward ownership, speed, and ambition.
• Ability to move fast, make decisions, and commit full‑time to the venture.
• Strong commercial sense and willingness to work for equity rather than a fixed salary.
• Passion for AI applications in healthcare and knowledge of the MENA market is a plus.
