Senior Salesforce Developer – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within its Salesforce ecosystem. You will work primarily on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, delivering high‑performance applications that support the company’s mission of greener, safer mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust technical solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, ensuring scalability and best‑practice compliance.
• Lead the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Audit existing implementations, identify technical debt, and optimise performance.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or tools.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Build and maintain secure integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Utilise advanced Flow Builder logic to minimise custom code where possible.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools such as SFDX, Copado, or Gearset.
• Provide user training and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Salesforce Administration certification (ADM201; ADX201 preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to balance declarative and programmatic solutions.
