Data Analyst – Power BI & AI Tools

About the role

We are looking for a junior‑to‑mid‑level Data Analyst to join CHG’s reporting and analytics team. The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards and leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate data work in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track patient volumes, revenue, specialty performance, referral patterns and operational KPIs.
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources including Excel files, SQL databases, HIS exports and billing system outputs.
• Write DAX measures and perform basic Power Query transformations to clean and model data.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools daily to draft analysis narratives, clean datasets, generate formulas, summarize reports and structure outputs.
• Craft clear prompts for large language models and iterate to obtain reliable, structured results.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI packs for department heads and senior management.
• Handle ad‑hoc data requests, slicing and filtering data by site, specialty, doctor, payor or time period.
• Identify data‑quality issues and collaborate with source system owners to resolve them.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX writing and multi‑source connectivity.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, Power Query).
• Active user of Claude, ChatGPT or comparable AI tools for productivity.
• Basic SQL knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
