About the role

EGYPROPERTY is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Director/Manager to lead its commercial property portfolio in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial real estate operations and portfolio performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Manage client relationships, negotiate lease and sale agreements.
• Analyze market trends and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet financial and operational targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real‑estate professionals.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate management, property analysis, and market evaluation.
• Expertise in sales, leasing strategies, and contract negotiation.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Proficiency in financial data analysis and budgeting.
• Problem‑solving and decisive decision‑making capabilities.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo commercial market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; additional certifications advantageous.
