About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is seeking a full‑time Communications Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and partners. You will manage the telephone switchboard, handle inquiries, and support daily hotel operations with a strong hospitality mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls using the hotel telephone switchboard.
- Provide accurate information on hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, daily activities and special functions.
- Operate the hotel computer system, telex and facsimile machines to process messages and documents.
- Follow proper payroll procedures as required.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with all callers.
Required profile
- Well‑mannered, visionary and passionate about hospitality.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
- Ability to follow payroll and administrative procedures accurately.
- Familiarity with hotel services, hours of operation, and key staff.
Required skills
- Telephone switchboard operation.
- Hotel computer system usage.
- Telex handling.
- Facsimile (fax) machine operation.
