Construction Project Manager – Heavy Infrastructure & Earthworks

About the role

Haridy Construction Company is looking for a senior Construction Project Manager to lead heavy infrastructure and earthworks projects within the Sukari Gold Mine in Marsa Alam, Egypt. The role combines strategic planning, strict safety leadership and direct client interaction to ensure successful delivery of large‑scale civil and excavation contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution of all civil and excavation contracts on site.
• Partner with the HSE/Safety Officer to enforce a zero‑harm safety culture in line with Egyptian regulations and Sukari’s protocols.
• Act as the primary Haridy representative, managing technical and commercial relations with mine operators, consultants and the Petroleum and Mineral Resources Authority.
• Prepare data‑driven engineering progress reports and executive updates for corporate leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of heavy civil engineering experience, including at least 5 years managing infrastructure, open‑pit mining earthworks or mega‑scale oil & gas projects.
• Proven track record delivering fast‑track tailings‑storage‑facility construction, heavy excavation and complex site leveling in desert conditions.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of soil mechanics.
• Understanding of heavy‑machinery productivity rates.
• Familiarity with international contractual standards.
