Content & Social Media Lead

Dot IT, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a Content & Social Media Lead to shape the strategic direction of multiple client social accounts. This senior position focuses on strategy, creative direction, and team leadership rather than day‑to‑day posting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies, content pillars and monthly frameworks aligned with client business goals.
• Identify campaign opportunities and ensure platform‑specific alignment.
• Lead ideation, storytelling and creative direction while guiding the design team.
• Supervise and mentor Social Media and Content Executives, reviewing content calendars for quality.
• Collaborate with performance, design and account teams to align strategy with KPIs and adjust based on analytics.
• Present strategies to clients, handle high‑level feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and presenting strategic plans.
• Strong background in content strategy, campaign ideation and international/GCC client exposure.
• Excellent English communication, organized, deadline‑driven and comfortable working remotely.
