Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will support project teams by ensuring all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and documentation is accurate throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Contract Specialists and head‑office staff for guidance.
• Perform risk analysis for assigned projects and submit review reports.
• Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage post‑award activities, including contract submittals, variation orders, claims, and project close‑out.
• Prepare and process client letters for approvals and contract interpretations.
• Identify contractual risks and notifications, escalating to the supervisor.
• Update and maintain all correspondence, records, and filing systems.
• Verify invoice accuracy, review for payment, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Handle sub‑contracts, RFIs, and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Participate in claim preparation and respond to document requests daily.
• Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and awareness of job risk assessments.

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration and project risk analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external clients.
• Capability to identify and highlight contractual risks to management.
• Understanding of HSE policies and environmental considerations.
