About the role
The English Back Office Agent will handle customer inquiries through both voice and written channels, ensuring timely and accurate support. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Cairo and focuses on delivering high‑quality service in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer requests and resolve issues via phone and written communication.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals.
- Provide consistent, high‑quality service adhering to company standards.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.
- Team‑oriented attitude with adaptability to organizational goals.
- Prior customer service experience in BPO or related fields is an advantage.
