About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Concentrix team in New Cairo. The role combines sales and customer support, handling both inbound and outbound interactions to promote basic products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and sell basic products and services.
- Process customer orders and sales transactions.
- Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow‑up as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
- Immediate availability to start.
