About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Specialist at our New Cairo site. You will interact with customers through inbound calls, chat, and email, handling orders and providing essential support.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English (B2‑C1 level).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight.
  • Ready to start immediately.
